What this route develops
Learn how to move, hold and improve position on the ground.
Develop pressure, balance and calm decision-making at close range.
Build technical movement patterns that make grappling safer and clearer.
Submissions are taught as part of a wider control-first approach.
Inside the curriculum
BJJ at the academy is still growing its class programme, but the terminology and reference base behind it is already substantial - built so positions, attacks and etiquette are explained properly, not assumed.
What to expect
BJJ can feel unfamiliar at first because it uses close-range grappling. Coaching is structured so you can understand positions before pressure increases.
Public pages help you choose the right first conversation or class. Once you join, the member academy guides training, progression and practice from inside the platform.
