Do I need experience to start kickboxing? No. Beginners are welcome and coaching is progressive.

Is kickboxing mainly fitness or fighting? Both, in honest proportion. Fitness improves, but technique, timing and distance are taken seriously.

Inside Kickboxing

More than fitness with gloves on.

Kickboxing will improve fitness, but the class is built around learning an actual martial art. Students develop stance, guard, footwork, punching, kicking and combinations, then learn how timing and distance change when another person is moving in front of them.

Pads, bags and partner drills create plenty of physical work while keeping technique at the centre. Sparring is a separate, progressive option for people who are ready for it—not a test placed in front of beginners. That makes the programme suitable both for adults starting from scratch and experienced students who want sharper, more thoughtful training.

What to expect

The first step should feel clear.
