Inside Kickboxing
Kickboxing will improve fitness, but the class is built around learning an actual martial art. Students develop stance, guard, footwork, punching, kicking and combinations, then learn how timing and distance change when another person is moving in front of them.
Pads, bags and partner drills create plenty of physical work while keeping technique at the centre. Sparring is a separate, progressive option for people who are ready for it—not a test placed in front of beginners. That makes the programme suitable both for adults starting from scratch and experienced students who want sharper, more thoughtful training.
What this route develops
Build stance, guard, footwork, punching, kicking and combinations with proper coaching.
Sessions build cardio, core, agility and physical output through consistent training.
Pad work and partner drills help you understand when and where to strike.
Learning to stay sharp and controlled under pressure is one of kickboxing's strongest benefits.
Proven depth
This isn't just a cardio class with gloves on. The kickboxing curriculum is built from a large structured library of drills, combinations and coaching video, developed over years of running the programme.
