Inside Juniors

Structure that turns effort into confidence.

Junior students are ready for more detail, more responsibility and a clearer sense of progression. Classes combine striking, grappling, movement and partner work so children develop real physical skill while learning how to train well with other people.

Confidence comes from doing the work: listening carefully, practising a skill, making mistakes and improving it. The academy keeps that challenge positive and age-appropriate. Students are expected to show effort and respect, but they are coached forward rather than compared with one another or pressured to perform before they are ready.
