The academy difference
John has taught martial arts professionally since 1994 and established the Paisley academy in 2007. Skills are broken down clearly, progress is built safely and every student is coached as an individual.
The aim is practical ability, physical confidence and a stronger mindset—without posturing, pressure or an expectation that you already know what to do.
